New Zealand and Changes at 23rd & 5th
It's been just over a year, since I started 23rd & 5th, and Dave joined the team a couple of months afterwards. In the past 10 months, together we've provided great creative, backed by excellent technical work to all of our clients, community organizations and initiatives we feel are important.
On March 22nd, Dave will be departing the US, headed to Christchurch, New Zealand. While this will be a change to our company, and he may not be a physical presence anymore, he will still be very much involved in the company. Dave provides a vital role, providing technical support, light humor and sharp wit to all of our jobs, now just in a more virtual setting. While in New Zealand, besides backpacking, and exploring the brush he will be setting up an International office for us. It was fortunate to find, much like our Wilmington office, a co-working space and desk in Christchurch too. Dave will still be fully accessible by email, and to provide technical support through virtual resources.
Back Stateside, as we grow into our second year, we're making a few operational changes as well. Lauren has moved onto an internship at Urban Outfitters, Mollie has landed a part-time gig designing, and we wish them both well. To fill their shoes, we're excited to bring on Zach Hartzell, who splits his time as a student at DCAD, and assistant to Photographer, Joe Craig. As for offices, with a growing number of trips to Philadelphia, we've found a desk up there to call home as well, our home base will always be Wilmington though.
While the changes are numerous, our attention to detail, workflow, and quality of product will remain the same. We're still focused on creating great brands, and taking an active role of support for our community.
Thank you for your tremendous support throughout our first year, and as a team, we look forward to the future.
